High cod organic wastewater treatment anaerobic reactor
The structure of IC reactor is characterized by a large height diameter ratio, generally up to 4 -, 8, and the height of the reactor reaches 20 left m right. The whole reactor is composed of a first anaerobic reaction chamber and a second anaerobic reaction chamber. A gas, solid and liquid three-phase separator is set at the top of each anaerobic reaction chamber. The first stage three-phase separator mainly separates biogas and water, the second stage three-phase separator mainly separates sludge and water, and the influent and reflux sludge are mixed in the first anaerobic reaction chamber. The first reaction chamber has great ability to remove organic matter. The wastewater entering the second anaerobic reaction chamber can continue to be treated to remove the remaining organic matter in the wastewater and improve the effluent quality.
① It has a high volume load
IC reactor has strong internal circulation, good mass transfer effect and large biomass. Its volumetric load is much higher than that of ordinary UASB reactor, which can be about 3 times higher.
② Strong impact load resistance
The IC reactor realizes its own internal circulation, and the circulation amount can reach 10-02 times of the influent. Because the circulating water and influent are fully mixed at the bottom of the reactor, the organic concentration at the bottom of the reactor is reduced, so as to improve the impact load resistance of the reactor; At the same time, the large amount of water also disperses the sludge at the bottom, ensures the full contact reaction between the organic matter in the wastewater and microorganisms, and improves the treatment load.
③ good effluent stability
Because the IC reactor is equivalent to the series operation of the upper and lower UASB and EGSB reactors, the lower reactor has a high organic load rate and plays the role of "coarse" treatment, while the upper reactor has a low load rate and plays the role of "fine" treatment, so that the effluent quality is good and stable.
