During the operation of the equipment, after entering the filter cartridge from the feed port, the sludge is pushed to the discharge port by the spiral shaft rotating plate. Due to the gradual reduction of the pitch between the spiral shaft rotating plates, the pressure on the sludge also increases, and begins to dehydrate under the action of differential pressure, and the water flows out from the filtration gap between the fixed plate and the movable plate, At the same time, the equipment relies on the self-cleaning function between the fixed plate and the movable plate to clean the filter gap to prevent blockage. After sufficient dehydration, the mud cake is discharged from the discharge port under the propulsion of the screw shaft.
